I'm Esther a mum-of-two and a passionate believer that ANYONE can recover well from pregnancy, childbirth and child-rearing.

These processes do put huge strain and pressure on the body, but more often than not, failure to recover well is all to do with lack of guidance and direction rather than lack of ability or potential.

I am here to guide and coach you through the process whether it's been 6 months or 16 years since you had your children!

Pelvic Floor Rebuild

An effective short course for postnatal recovery soon after childbirth or many years later. Safely and effectively build awareness, strength and functional support into your pelvic floor, stopping those leaks, giving support and giving you the ability to build strength into the rest of the body. Get back to running, jumping and coughing without fear of leaking and feel confident in your body once more.

Diastasis Recti Restoration

This course is for anyone with diastasis recti, pelvic floor issues and/or a weak stomach area. Starting from the foundation and building out, this course will safely and effectively guide you in rebuilding your abdominals after childbirth, once you have had your 6 week check.

Postnatal Rebuild Course

This course is a great starting point to enable your body to recover well from pregnancy and childbirth. We will restore pelvic floor function, strengthen your abdominal muscles, help to heal any diastasis recti and rebuild your posture, mobility and strength throughout the body. This course is a great foundation to get back into sport and exercise safely and effectively or just to get back to living well.

Whole Body Rebuild | 1:1 Coaching for Mums

A fully immersive coaching course that will impact your whole body. Build up the body piece by piece starting with the foundation of the pelvic floor and core abdominals, and looking at every aspect of health and fitness. Includes 1:1 coaching sessions and support group.

Healthy HIIT with Esther

Healthy HIIT is designed to reduce injuries and strains often caused by regular HIIT classes and aims to build the intensity slowly, through warm up and recovery plus using pilates moves to mirror muscle work and movement patterns to ensure better technique and to reduce injury. “The 12-Week Whole Body Rebuild Course was a complete game-changer for me.  I signed up for the course because even years after having my two children, my body was just not feeling back to normal.  I was suffering from constant lower back pain and I never managed to regain my former level of fitness because I always ended up hurting my body more when attempting to exercise.  

I was cautiously optimistic that I would gain something from the course because I know that Esther is very knowledgeable and experienced, but I had tried many different things over the years, so there was a part of me that was sceptical too.

I needn’t have worried - the results were pretty immediate for me!  A week into the course I was already feeling a massive difference - working closely with Esther, we realised that my posture was a big reason for my back pain and struggles to exercise, as it was making all sorts of unhelpful compensations from not recovering properly after my pregnancies.

I thought the platform [used for the course] was great - easy to access, good format and I could view on the laptop, PC and mobile.

The ability to contact you regularly through Voxer was great too [...] it was really good knowing you [referring to Esther] were 'just there' should I have had some queries.

Overall, I didn't realise how much I needed this course until I'd completed it; it has really given me confidence back in my body and I would thoroughly recommend any new mum to do the course.

The knowledge you gain is super useful as well as the guided support through the movements to recover and gain strength back after what we seem to take for granted! Pregnancy and child birth are far more impactful on the body than we realise and it is crucial that we cut our bodies some slack and help it recover properly.
