“The 12-Week Whole Body Rebuild Course was a complete game-changer for me. I signed up for the course because even years after having my two children, my body was just not feeling back to normal. I was suffering from constant lower back pain and I never managed to regain my former level of fitness because I always ended up hurting my body more when attempting to exercise.
