Whole Body Rebuild | 1:1 Coaching for Mums

This 12-week course will help you to reconnect to and rebuild your post-baby body, restoring confidence, strength and well-being.

What will this course do for me?

1. Rebuild and strengthen your pelvic floor so you no longer have to worry that you may leak when you exert yourself, cough or are far from the bathroom

2. Safely and effectively close any abdominal gap residual from your pregnancies so that you can continue building strength in your body

3. Create awareness of good posture and correct any imbalances so that your body is comfortable, moves well and is able to carry out all the tasks you need

4. Help YOU to reach YOUR goals. Whether it's being able to vacuum the house without pulling your back out to running a 10k without leaking, or putting your baby in their crib comfortably to lifting weights in the gym

I'm Esther a mum-of-two and a passionate believer that ANYONE can recover well from pregnancy, childbirth and child-rearing.

These processes do put huge strain and pressure on the body, but more often than not, failure to recover well is all to do with lack of guidance and direction rather than lack of ability or potential.

I am here to guide and coach you through the process whether it's been 6 months or 16 years since you had your children!
