Diastasis Recti Restoration

This course is for anyone with diastasis recti, pelvic floor issues and/or weak stomach area.  Starting from the foundation and building out, this course will safely and effectively guide you in rebuilding your abdominals after childbirth, once you have had your 6 week check.

A progressive series of classes
Aim to do at least one every week
Stage 1: Class 1

Bitesized classes: less than 15 minutes

Aim to do at least one of these exercises daily to maintain your progress.
Consistency is key.
